• 15 years for DreamLab mattresses.
• 8 years for The Grand Base bedframes.
• Warranty coverage and duration may vary by product and will be communicated to you by our Sleep Specialist.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• Our Sleep Specialist will attempt to repair the product first. If the product is deemed irreparable, we will issue DL credits to you according to the product's value and prorated to the number of remaining years covered by warranty.
• DL credits are valid for use within 3 months from date of issue.
• DL credits are not applicable to stack with other promotions or discounts.
• DL credits may only be used to offset the retail price of DreamLab products in the same category as the original product purchased.
