Warranty Coverage

Mattress Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects such as sagging greater than 4cm, spring/coil failure, and foam collapse. Subject to inspection by DreamLab specialist.

Bed Frame Warranty: Covers structural defects in hydraulic pump, the frame, joints, or slats caused by manufacturing faults.

Warranty Period: Mattress – up to 10 years limited warranty (varies by model); Bed frame – 10 years limited warranty (varies by model).

Workmanship: Free repair or replacement during the warranty period for covered defects.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including gradual softening of foam or fabric.
• Physical damage such as cuts, stains, burns, or moisture damage.
• Misuse, improper handling, or use without a proper bed frame or foundation.
• Damage due to incorrect assembly, modifications, or repairs by unauthorized parties.
• Comfort preferences (e.g., firmness level not suitable).
• Mattress damage caused by bed frame inadequacy (e.g., insufficient center support).

Care & Maintenance

• Mattresses should always be placed on a suitable bed frame with adequate support.
• Rotate the mattress every 3–6 months for even wear.
• Use a mattress protector to safeguard against stains and spills (stained mattresses may void warranty).
• Bed frames must be used indoors in normal household conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are subject to the trial or return policy stated at the time of purchase.

Products must be in clean and hygienic condition to qualify for return or exchange.

Customer Responsibilities

Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
